The current board of directors at TierConnect is comprised of:

R. David Nelson Director	R. David Nelson, C.P.M., A.P.P., is senior partner at Fenix Group International, an executive search and placement consultancy. Nelson has held top supply chain executive and global strategy positions at organizations including HTC Global Services, Inc. and Delphi Corporation. He also brings extensive manufacturing expertise, and worldwide supply management experience from his tenure at Deere & Company; and Honda of America Manufacturing in Marysville, Ohio. Nelson is the 2006 recipient of the J. Shipman Gold Medal Award; and an inductee of the Shingo Prize Academy. The Shingo Prize Academy consists of individuals who are actively involved in manufacturing and who have distinguished themselves in the area of manufacturing excellence.
