Al Salerno President & Chief Executive Officer	Al has over 20 years of experience in managing all aspects of fast-growing high technology companies. He founded Salerno Manufacturing Systems in 1985 and served as the company’s President and CEO. He was responsible for the company's vision, product and market direction, and commitment to customer service. Salerno Manufacturing Systems grew to be the recognized leader in factory floor quality management systems, before being acquired by PeopleSoft in August 1997. Since 1997, Al demonstrated his leadership skills at PeopleSoft, J.D. Edwards, SupplySolution, and CA, where he held executive roles in sales, marketing, product strategy, and business development.
Gustavo R. Rivera Chief Technology Officer	Gus is founder and CTO at TierConnect, Inc. As head of product development, Gus is the visionary behind the enterprise features and functionality that differentiate TierConnect products and services. As co-architect of the TierConnect Material-Management Platform, he manages rapid development of new material-based application leveraging both local and offshore development teams.  Previously, Gus provided visionary leadership, technology management and architecural expertise to bConnected Software's BPIP(tm) offering; and  served as CIO for bCandid Corp., the leading software & service provider of enterprise discussion & messaging applications for top tier consumer telecommunication companies and Internet Service Providers (ISPs). Before joining bCandid Corp., Gus served as senior director of engineering and IT at Excite/MatchLogic; and as senior director of development & operations for an early pioneering business-to-business Internet services company Verio/RustNet.  Gus holds a BS in computer science from the University of Michigan.
Terrence C. Crown Chief Architect	Terrence Crown is Chief Architect and co-founder of TierConnect, Inc. Most recently, Terrence served as Director of Network Operations at SupplySolution, Inc. where he was responsible for delivering the application service to a 99.97% uptime SLA for over 4000 end users. Prior to SupplySolution, Terrence was with Bcandid where he had responsibility for managing the team implementing the Command and Control system for the company’s server farm.  In 1997 Terrence joined ISPNews as Chief Engineer where he designed and built the company’s internet server presence – a high performance, mission critical Usenet News (NNTP) server farm supporting over two million end users (4000 concurrent connections). Terrence’s automotive experience was gained at Virtual Engineering in Plymouth, Michigan where he managed engineering design projects and designed seat mechanisms for Johnson Controls and other automotive suppliers. Terrence holds a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from Auburn University and served in the U.S. Army as a signal officer responsible for brigade tactical telecommunications.
Kenneth Hamkins Six Sigma Blackbelt Director of Professional Services	Ken is a Six Sigma Blackbelt and Professional Services leader at TierConnect where he oversees product launches and customer service continuity. Ken also works with our Technical Team to coordinate customer requested product development activities. Prior to TierConnect, Hamkins was employed by the Ford Motor Company as a member of their Material Planning and Logistics division where he served as Development/Deployment Manager for the Scrap Tracking and Management System (ConnectNCM). Previously, he worked on lean manufacturing initiatives as a Six-Sigma Black Belt with the Vehicle Operations’ FPS (Ford Production System) organization – in all, serving thirteen years with that company.
Michael Taber Director of Product Strategy	Mike brings to TierConnect over 20 years of experience in software product invention, design and development. Solutions developed under Mike’s guidance have enabled manufacturers representing a wide range of industries to achieve measureable improvements in operational efficiency, product quality and business insight.  Prior to joining TierConnect, Mike held leadership positions with a number of notable providers of supply-chain and IT management solutions, such as; PeopleSoft, CA (Computer Associates) and TradeBeam Inc.  Mike received his education from the Oakland University, school of mechanical engineering and is an active participant within various professional organizations such as the AIAG, Supply Chain Council and ITSMf foundation.
Gordon Whitehead Chief Financial Officer	Gordon brings TierConnect 25 years of financial, regulatory compliance and management experience as a consultant to the private sector in both the United States and the European Union bringing an understanding of the impact on business operations and transactions in the global economy. He brings expertise in tax-efficient cross-border strategies for both US and overseas investments. Gordon is a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Army Reserve and has been responsible for planning, developing, and directing logistics operations,  supply and services, transportation, maintenance, aviation logistics, and medical service.
